Eric Clapton - Crossroads Guitar Festival

Today tickets went on sale at Ticketmaster for the Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival. I woke up early today and scouted out the page, and as soon as they went on sale at 10 O'clock, I refreshed my browser and selected 5 tickets with best available seating. Luckily, I got 5 general admission tickets right next to each other with ease. I finished completing the checkout forms and printed out my purchase confirmation. I then went back and tried to order 2 more tickets, but it said that my order could not be satisfied, which means that tickets to the Crossroads Guitar Festival sold out within 10 minutes.

Thankfully for my Ticketmaster skills, my dad(Mark), my sister(Karen), Greg Peters, Tim Revelle, and myself will be seeing Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, John Mayer, BB King and a bunch more awesome blues players rock it out on stage in Chicago. The show takes place on July 28th in Bridgeview, Illinois at the Chicago Fire stadium. The entire soccer field is open to General Admission. The last time this event was held was in 2004 in Dallas, TX. I bought my dad the DVD that was made from the show, and it was pretty amazing to see all the great blues players on stage all at once, so now I pretty much can't wait for this summer! All the proceedes to this event are going to help Substance Abuse Shelters, so not only is there going to be amazing chemistry on stage, that chemistry is going to help the alcoholics and drug addicts of America, sweet...
