Madison Real Estate DB Coming Soon

I've come up with website idea that I am going to try and hammer out this summer. I have already registered a domain name, and it is: Madison Real Estate DB. Pretty creative, huh? My logic being this website is that currently in Madison there are a bunch of websites to find apartments, sublets, and housing, but all these sites are using primitive search and map features. I am starting to dive into Google Maps which I plan on integrating into the website, and believe that with Google Maps, some AJAX and a little Search Engine Optimization, I can take down the huge Madison Real Estate website market. If you have any ideas on how I can make this site into being something really spectacular, let me know, or if you want to lend a helping hand, that would be very nice as well.
